Days after the alleged suicide of a 53-year-old electrician in Morena, a shocking video has surfaced on social media, showing his daughters beating him with sticks while his wife holds him down. The disturbing footage has sparked outrage and raised suspicions of murder, prompting the police to launch a thorough investigation.
The deceased, Harendra Maurya, was found hanging in a room of his house on March 8. According to police reports, he had been distressed due to ongoing family disputes. Maurya, who had three daughters and a son, had recently married off two of his daughters on March 1. Following their wedding, his wife reportedly demanded separation and insisted on returning to her father's home.
Police stated that Maurya locked himself in a room on March 8, and when he failed to come out, his family members searched for him and discovered his body hanging from a rope. While his neighbors claimed he took his own life due to frequent household quarrels, his in-laws alleged that Maurya's father and brother were responsible for his murder.
