The grand "Eastern Regional Conference 2025 – Ranchi" organized by the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Ranchi Chapter will be held on February 14 and February 15, 2025.
The theme of this prestigious conference is "Future of Work: Refining HR for Samridh Bharat", which will focus on the future and development of Human Resource (HR) Management in India.
Towards the successful organization of this conference, today, the official brochure was unveiled in the presence of senior officials of NIPM. The program was presided over by Shri Harshnath Mishra, President of NIPM Ranchi Chapter.
HR professionals, business leaders, academicians, research scholars and students from across the country will participate in this conference, who will share their experiences, research and strategies. The objective of the conference is to discuss the latest trends, challenges and opportunities in the human resource sector, so that the role of HR can be made more effective in the sustainable economic development of India.
During this, discussions will also be held on modern technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation and Future of Work. Through this event, the stalwarts of industry and education will get a platform where they will be able to share their experiences and ideas.
