A video of a girl standing and dancing on a moving bike while hurling abuses along with two male companions on VIP Road has sparked outrage among commuters. The video, which has gone viral on social media, shows the girl giving flying kisses to pedestrians while the bike speeds through the busy road.
Eyewitnesses reported that the girl’s co-riders misbehaved with pedestrians and taunted them when they tried to capture the incident on camera. The reckless stunt and public nuisance have drawn strong criticism from the public, who have demanded strict action against the offenders.
Following the video’s circulation, traffic police officials have taken cognizance of the matter. Additional DCP Traffic Basant Kaul stated that action will be taken against the trio based on the bike’s registration number. "A viral video of a girl and two youths riding a black bike on VIP Road has come to our notice. The girl is seen standing on the moving bike, creating a dangerous situation for herself and others. Based on the vehicle’s registration number, all three will be identified and arrested.
