The restart took place in the presence of Executive Director (Operations) C. R. Mahapatra, alongside several senior officials and department heads.

Congratulating the teams involved, C. R. Mahapatra praised the coordinated effort, calling it “a reflection of BSL’s strong technical capabilities, effective planning, and team synergy.”
Senior GMs including P. K. Baisakhia, Dhananjay Kumar, Pitambar Choudhary, Sharad Gupta, J. V. Shekhar, B. K. Sartape, Gulshan Kumar, Prakash Tiwari, P. V. Rao, N. Sreekant, and several others from RMP and maintenance departments were present during the restart ceremony.
