Suman Oraon's team shine in dist level cooking contest

According to the Director of Jharkhand State Mid-Day Meal Authority Ranchi, the District Level Cooking Competition under the Prime Minister Nutrition Shakti Nirman Yojana was organized on Saturday under the leadership of District Education Officer-Sil Education Superintendent, Lohardaga in Kasturba Chief Minister Outstanding School Girls, Lohardaga. . The program was mainly attended by District Education Officer Neelam Ileen Toppo, Civil Surgeon Dr. Shambhu Nath Chaudhary, Additional District Program Officer, Lohardaga Vinay Bandhu Kachhap, Trisha Pandey, Legal Advisor, JEP, Lohardaga. In the competition, their cooking was performed with limited resources by cooks from all the seven blocks of the district. The main objective of the said competition is to prepare quality food in kitchens, coarse grains like millet, ragi, maduva, kodo, gondli etc., providing nutritious food to children in limited means, making food making food, makes the process of making food, midday To promote the spirit of competition in kitchen assistants towards food, encourage the participation of the community and ensure action for the use of local food items etc. Innovation has to be increased under the mid -day meal scheme. So that students can ensure availability of nutrients rich in food. A total of 14 participants including winners (first) and runner -up (second) participants participated in the competition at the block level. In the competition, all the cooks ensured their presence in the said competition with all the necessary materials. The jury included Civil Surgeon Lohardaga, Additional District Program Officer, Lohardaga, Prime Minister of Bal Parliament, a Sanitation Minister and a Nutrition Minister from the school. The district level cooking competition was given to Suman Uraon of Kutmu Lohardaga and team, Shakuntala Devi of Kutmu Lohardaga and team, Shakuntala Devi of Senha and Team. The first coming winner was awarded an incentive amount of Rs 5000, Momento and certificate to the runner -up to the runner -up. Also, all the participating kitchens were honored by giving certificates to the co -assistants. In the said competition, Vishwadeepak Jha, Jitendra Mittal, Kundan Kumar, Abhishek Bharti, Nidhi Gupta, Dharmendra Prasad Soni, Seema Sharma, Trisandhya Prajapati, Yusuf Ansari, Rajesh Deogharia, Rakesh Verma, Gautam Kumar, Shankar Lohra, Nisha Kumari, Anupama Lakra including District MDM cell, education workers, officials including kitchens of various schools in all blocks were present.
