According to the Director of Jharkhand State Mid-Day Meal Authority Ranchi, the District Level Cooking Competition under the Prime Minister Nutrition Shakti Nirman Yojana was organized on Saturday under the leadership of District Education Officer-Sil Education Superintendent, Lohardaga in Kasturba Chief Minister Outstanding School Girls, Lohardaga. . In the competition, their cooking was performed with limited resources by cooks from all the seven blocks of the district. The main objective of the said competition is to prepare quality food in kitchens, coarse grains like millet, ragi, maduva, kodo, gondli etc., providing nutritious food to children in limited means, making food making food, makes the process of making food, midday To promote the spirit of competition in kitchen assistants towards food, encourage the participation of the community and ensure action for the use of local food items etc. Innovation has to be increased under the mid -day meal scheme. A total of 14 participants including winners (first) and runner -up (second) participants participated in the competition at the block level. In the competition, all the cooks ensured their presence in the said competition with all the necessary materials. The jury included Civil Surgeon Lohardaga, Additional District Program Officer, Lohardaga, Prime Minister of Bal Parliament, a Sanitation Minister and a Nutrition Minister from the school. The district level cooking competition was given to Suman Uraon of Kutmu Lohardaga and team, Shakuntala Devi of Kutmu Lohardaga and team, Shakuntala Devi of Senha and Team.
