Union Bank of India's Regional Office, Ranchi successfully organized MSME/CASA Outreach Camp on 29-04-2025 at Hotel Maple Wood. Eminent entrepreneurs of the city and respected customers of the bank participated in this program. Arun Kumar, Chief General Manager, Credit Compliance & Monitoring, from Union Bank of India, Central Office, attended the program as the Chief Guest and Samarjit Jana, Principal, JVM Shyamli and Secretary Bhuvnesh Kumar Thakur-CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Ranchi, attended the program as special guests.
The program was organized under the guidance of Regional Head Alok Kumar. Also, Deputy Regional Head Bhivash Kumar Mishra and Neeraj Kandhway, MLP Head-Prashant Kumar Pankaj, RLP Head, CASA & LEAP Head, Business Relationship Manager and Branch Heads of Ranchi and Jamshedpur participated in the program.
The customers present in the program were given detailed information about the deposit and loan product facilities available by the bank under CASA and MSME for every section of the society through a powerpoint presentation on MSME and CASA. The chief guest, Arun Kumar, while addressing the customers, discussed the features of various MSME and CASA products, shared its importance and the robust system of the bank to provide excellent services to the customers. Along with this, information was also provided about the customer-oriented and smooth digital processes of the bank. The executives of the bank also distributed sanction letters worth Rs 89.21 crore to the customers in the program. Customers who benefited from the MSME facilities of Union Bank shared their experiences.
The program ended with a vote of thanks and gratitude to the customers from Deputy Regional Head Neeraj Kandhway and he assured that Union Bank of India will live up to the expectations of the customers and will provide continuous support in the development of Ranchi city.
