In the year 2021, the CBSE Class 10 board exams began from 15th February and it ended on 1st March. The Clas 12 board examination was cancelled and the new board examination dates were April 15, 2025 to May 14, 2025. Papers in both classes were conducted in a single shift from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM in all days.
The CBSE has revolutionized the post-results activities. Before students apply for verification/ re-evaluation, they are able to get photocopies of answer sheets. Under the old system, students were supposed to apply for verification of marks first, then ask for the photocopies of answer sheets and finally the re-evaluation of marks.
“A candidate can obtain photocopy of evaluated answer book in the first step and then choose whether to take Verification of marks entailing posting / totalling of marks or any unevaluated questions or Re-evaluation whereby the candidate requests for re-evaluation of a question or questions thereof. A candidate can apply in either of Verification of marks or Re-evaluation or both according to due procedure after obtaining-photocopy of answer book,” CBSE said.
