7 arrested for looting Amazon’s truck in Hry

The Haryana police has arrested seven persons who allegedly looted a truck loaded with Amazon’s articles worth lakh of rupees while the vehicle was on its way from a godown in Faridabad to Gurugram.

“8 mobile phones, mobile tempered glass, two pair men sports shoes, a set of earphone, laptop bag, laptop, trolley bag, satellite speaker, walker, GPS device system, one folder afterbath, washing machine pipe, one Jio mobile phone, batman device packet, pastry idli maker, sewing machine, remote car, vegetable cutter, safari suit set, a Nikon handy cam and other products were recovered from the accused,” said a spokesman of Police Department.

He said that the arrested accused have been identified as Sanjay, a resident of Faridabad, Beeru, Niranajan, Rahul, Anil and Hariom, all from Uttar Pradesh and Sandeep, a native of Patel Nagar, Delhi.

He said that truck loaded with the parcels of online shopping company Amazon, was on its way from its godown at Bata Chowk, Faridabad to Gurugram. All accused in a vehicle had obstructed its way at Hanuman temple, Saran, Faridabad area. They abducted the driver and put him into their vehicle at gun point and threw him at bypass road Ballabhgarh.
