How a dream transforms into reality could not be better answered by someone who craves even for basic facilities in his everyday life. Around 50 kids who hail from humble background on Tuesday got wings. For all these underprivileged tribal children it was like a dream come true when they took off for Kolkata on Tuesday morning under ‘Flight of Fantasy’ initiative started by Round Table India recently.

After the two successful flights in September 2017, taking the much applauded initiative ahead, the organizing body yet again filled colours in the lives of some underprivileged children who would have else kept their desires in their hearts of boarding a flight someday.

Joining hands to bring difference in the lives of underprivileged children, CM Raghubar Das while giving away the boarding pass to the deprived kids on the occasion of Children’s Day asked them to dream big to achieve desired goals in life putting sheer dedication.

The CM on the occasion praised the venture of Round Table India. While sharing some light moments with the kids, Das said, “This trip will inspire each of them to dream big. Besides expanding their horizon, it can also create a huge difference in the lives of those kids with whom these kids will share their personal experience.”

To mark the occasion of Children’s Day, around 50 students including a few members of Round Table India took a flight from Birsa Munda Airport Ranchi to Dum Dum Airport Kolkata by Indigo at 9:45am. All these deprived teenagers come from rural areas of Ranchi, Bundu, Tamar, Simdega etc. There are around 47 girls in the team.

Following a similar schedule that includes checking a few prominent tourist destinations, the kids were taken to Birla Planetarium, Victoria Memorial to name a few. The team returned back to Ranchi in the evening from Kolkata around 7 PM.
