Celeb fitness class in Maldives

Fitness has captured the fancy of millennials today and what better if it could be clubbed with your travel fantasies? Introducing this revolutionary concept of fitness tours, FitZup, in association with Cocoon Maldives, organised an expedition to Maldives' first design hotel with renowned Indian television celebrities and fitness enthusiasts — Kishwer Merchant, Abigail Pande, Sreejita De and Pryanca Talukdar along with pro-athlete Sahil Rasheed. The visit, spread over five days, aimed to change the perception of fitness enthusiasts about “cheat meals.”

Every day, the expedition started with rigorous morning workout sessions, followed through with some leisurely activities to explore, unwind and relax at the nearby Lhaviyani Atoll, a world-class scuba diving site. The water adventures built an appetite for sumptuous cheat meals and thus the celebrities would request for their favourites to the executive Italian brand chef, Giovanni de Ambrosis. He tweaked with  each “cheat” desire and turned it into a healthy meal to binge upon. Guilt-free indulgence anyone?
