Macron, Johnson visit hurricane-hit Caribbean

 French President Emmanuel Macron and British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson travelled to the hurricane-hit Caribbean, rebuffing criticism over the relief efforts as European countries boost aid to their devastated island territories.
