The Chhattisgarh Health Department has so far distributed medicine kits to 18.28 lakh suspected Covid patients to contain the corona infection.
Among them, 734,879 are those who came for testing while 308,420 kits were distributed by Mitanins and surveillance teams. The remaining 785,082 persons had tested positive with mild symptoms, an official statement said on Thursday.
After providing the medicine kits, there was a considerable drop in the infection rate in many districts.
The kit contains Ivermectin, Doxycycline, Paracetamol, Vitamin-C and Zinc tablets.
