“Dentist at your doorstep” program was started by Hazaribag College of Dental Sciences and Hospital on Sunday.Under this program, people aged 60+ will be examined and treated by experienced doctors at home.Also, pickup and drop ambulance service and facility will be available during treatment.The entire tooth will be made through dentures in three days.Normally a special offer of 40% discount on dental treatment is run every Saturday for all ages during treatment at the college campus.Under the “Dentist at your Door” program on Sunday, people aged 60+ were visited by dentists at their homes.Provided pickup and drop ambulance services and facilities during treatment.There is a wave of happiness among the elderly people due to this commendable initiative.The beneficiaries of “Dentist at your Doorstep” greatly appreciated the Dental College family.The beneficiary people said that keeping in mind the need of the hour, a very good initiative has been taken.With this initiative, efforts will be made to remove problems in treatment due to old age.On the occasion, Secretary Dr. Praveen Srinivas said that with increasing age many types of diseases start occurring in the body.We have launched “Dentist at your Doorstep” for people aged 60+.With this special initiative, dentists will visit homes to examine and treat elderly people.Elderly people will also get the service and facility of pickup and drop ambulance during treatment.He said that teeth can become weak with increasing age.Getting regular checkups keeps teeth healthy and creates awareness about one's teeth.
