Septuagenarian KC Singh Raj is yet another time in fray for Dhanbad  Lok Sabha  seat.  

Singhraj is contesting elections since last four decades , has lost all he contested but still has hope that would  become "people representative"  one day .

 He filed his nomination papers as independent for Dhanbad lok saba seat on Saturday (April 4).

Sighraj,who  happens to be founder of Lal Bahadur Shastri Janhit Party,

has to his credit to contest elections for mayor, MLA and MP in past,loosing deposit every single time, but despite failure not has lost hope.

He had contested 2019 Lok Sabha polls as well as 2019 assembly elections too for Dhanbad assembly but had received meager votes   but unfazed by the failure he once again is in field .

" I have contested different election right form Municipal to parliamentary since 1985", said Singhraj while talking to media after filing nomination papers .

When asked you had polled a few votes during last lok sabha  polls , "I still hope that one day people would repose faith on my policies and would elect me", added Snghraj .

He said, I have started campaign as have several important issues on my agenda that needs to be brought before the voters .

One of the major agenda is how to protect former Prime ministers. This according to Singhraj is added in my poll agenda just as nation has seen death of popular Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri against whom the party has been named after as well as murder of two  , said Singhraj. His other agendas happen to be common like other political parties like generating employment, education to poor, marriage of poor girls , pension to all elderly persons besides Rs 125 lakhs to each panchayat and ward for development on annual basis. 

Singh compaigns  standing  on mechanised cart asking people with folded hands to vote for him.
