SM Ramanathan, Executive Director, BHEL, Bhopal presented the certificate issued after a thorough audit of BHEL Guest House by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India to Yogendra Singh, Deputy Manager and In-charge (Guest House) on Monday. On this occasion, Sh. B.K. Singh, General Manager (HR) and Vinodanand Jha, Additional General Manager (Publicity and Public Relations) were also present.

Speaking on the occasion, Ramanathan said that BHEL Guest House is a very important part of the company where our customers and visitors come first. The role of the guest house staff and the facilities available here is very important in creating a better image of the company. Issuance of certificate by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India after audit of various parameters like facilities, catering, cleanliness etc. in the guest house is an achievement in the direction of certification of the facilities available in the guest house. But along with this we have to continuously make efforts to provide better facilities to the guest. He congratulated all the employees of the Guest House and Publicity & Public relations department for this achievement.

On this occasion, Singh said that BHEL Guest House, Bhopal has a unique image at the corporate level and maintaining it should be the first priority of its employees. Along with providing all the facilities to all the guest, treating them with respect and fair treatment holds a very important place in the guest house. Therefore, all the employees working here should keep trying to improve the image of the organization by working as brand ambassadors of BHEL.
