Krishna Gaur , Minister of State (Independent Charge), Government of Madhya Pradesh, adorned the event as the Chief Guest, while Dr. Ilayaraja T IAS, Managing Director of Govt. of Madhya Pradesh Tourism, lent his presence as the Guest of Honour, S.M.
