BJP’s Geeta Koda files nomination for Singhbhum seat

Geeta Koda, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate, has officially filed her nomination for the Singhbhum parliamentary seat, marking the onset of an energetic electoral campaign in the region. The nomination process, accompanied by a spirited rally, showcased the fervent support garnered by Koda as she seeks to represent the constituency.

Amidst a sea of enthusiastic supporters, Geeta Koda submitted her nomination papers before the District Returning Officer at 1:40 pm, signifying the formal commencement of her electoral journey. Prior to the nomination filing, a vibrant rally, starting from Gandhi Maidan and culminating at Khuntakati, captivated the attention of locals and party members alike. Notably, the event saw the esteemed presence of Babulal Marandi, State BJP President, who lent his support to Koda's candidacy.

The atmosphere at Gandhi Maidan was electric as supporters eagerly awaited the arrival of Geeta Koda. A sizable crowd had gathered to express their solidarity with the BJP candidate. Embarking on a procession from Gandhi Maidan to Khuntakati, BJP leaders and supporters showcased their unwavering commitment to Koda's candidacy.

Upon reaching the District Electoral Officer's office, Geeta Koda, accompanied by Babulal Marandi and other party dignitaries, completed the formalities of filing her nomination. Notably, Koda submitted her nomination papers in two sets, underscoring the meticulousness of her candidacy.

Among the notable figures present during the nomination filing were state BJP president Babulal Marandi, Lok Sabha convenor Geeta Balmuchu, state spokesperson JB Tubid, and Geeta Koda's legal representative, Ankur Roychoudhary. Their presence underscored the unified support extended towards Koda's electoral endeavors.

Before proceeding to the returning officer's office, Geeta Koda paid homage at Desauli in Gitilipi, offering prayers for success in her electoral journey. The rally, spanning approximately 3.5 kilometers, served as a testament to the overwhelming support garnered by Koda and the BJP in the region.

With the filing of her nomination, Geeta Koda embarks on a journey to represent the aspirations and concerns of the people of Singhbhum. The vibrant rally and overwhelming support witnessed during the nomination filing ceremony underscore the momentum behind Koda's candidacy as she vies to serve the constituency with dedication and integrity.
