Amitesh Kumar Jha, CEO of Swiggy-owned quick commerce platform Instamart, has resigned to pursue other opportunities, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
Nandita Sinha, who previously served as CEO of Myntra, will take over as CEO of Instamart from August 3, 2026, Swiggy said in the filing.
Jha, in his resignation letter addressed to Swiggy Managing Director and Group CEO Sriharsha Majety, said he was stepping down to pursue opportunities outside the organisation.
Sinha said she looked forward to working with Instamart's employees, partners and consumers as the platform enters its next phase of growth.
