The parties of INDI Alliance said on Thursday, that the upcoming ‘Nyay Ulgulan Rally’ scheduled to be held on April 21 in the State Capital will prove to be a milestone and historic for the Country and the State.

A press conference was organized at Congress Bhawan, Ranchi regarding the Ulgulan Rally organized on 21st April. In this press conference, Congress State General Secretary cum Media In-Charge, Rakesh Sinha, Media Chairman, Satish Paul Munjani, JMM General Secretary, Supriyo Bhattacharya, Manoj Pandey, Kailash Yadav from RJD, Nadeem Khan from CPI(ML), Rohit Srivastava from AAP were present.

He said that this rally will decide the condition and direction not only of Jharkhand but of the Country. “Jharkhand has been a land of struggles. The voice raised from this earth will prove effective in overthrowing the power of the Centre,” he added.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi only diverts everyone's attention from the issues. He does talk about meat and fish during Navratri. But do not talk about inflation and unemployment. He came on many tours continuously, many events were held but not even once did the topic of Sarna Dharma Code come out of his mouth. Agniveer, many youths from this State also join the army. The way the army is being insulted. The youth are being misled. The Prime Minister has made it his intention to insult the army. Rakesh Sinha said that many innocent people lost their lives in the name of cow. Murders also took place. The result of which was that the Prime Minister took a donation of Rs 250 crore from cow slaughter companies through electoral bonds. BJP leaders talk about changing the Constitution,” said Sinha.

Addressing the media, JMM's Central General Secretary Supriyo Bhattacharya said that JMM's Nyay Ulgulan Maharally is going to be held on April 21 at Prabhat Tara Maidan in the State Capital. “Leaders of INDI alliance have also been invited for this. In which RJD Supremo, Lalu Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, Congress's Mallikarjun Kharg and Rahul Gandhi will also participate in this mega rally. Apart from this, AAP leader Sanjay Singh, Arvind Kejriwal's wife, Sunita Kejriwal have agreed to come. Priyanka Chaturvedi will also participate in this mega rally on behalf of Uddhav Thackeray whereas Farooq Abdullah from National Conference and Deepkanr Bhattacharya of CPI (ML) will also participate in it,” he added.

Bhattacharya said that a rally was held at Morhabadi ground in 2001. “People were gathering since morning to join the rally. It was the biggest rally of Jharkhand. It was the month of June and even after the rally ended, people still reached the rally till the next morning. This Nyaya Ulgulan Maharally will also be historic. We the allies will unite together for justice. Based on conversations with senior leaders in the State, it is estimated that more than 3 lakh JMM workers alone will gather. At the same time, 2 lakh workers of other parties will also gather. 5 lakh people will come to Prabhat Tara Maidan. This rally is taking place in Jharkhand just before the elections. Therefore, in Jharkhand it will be called the conch sound of elections. All possible arrangements will be made for the workers at the rally venue,” he added.

On the occasion RJD General Secretary Kailash Yadav said that the area where Ulgulan Maharally will be held also comes under HEC. “HEC employees have not received salaries for 22 months. There is a BJP MP for ten years. Their accountability will be fixed. When our senior leaders come, these things will also be put before them. We will also expose the false dreams shown in the last ten years. The way ED has sent our popular leader Hemant Soren to jail as part of a conspiracy. India is very strong. We will expose them in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. We will register victory with huge votes in this election,” he added.
