BJP terms INDI Alliance’s rally ‘The great family get-together show’

Friday, 19 April 2024 | PNS | Ranchi

BJP launched a major attack on the April 21 rally organized by INDI Alliance and called it ‘The Great Family Get Together Show’. Addressing a press conference at the State Media Centre, Harmu today, State Spokesperson Pratul Shahdev said that on this stage, Akhilesh Yadav's family, Lalu Prasad's family, Stalin's family, Mamata Banerjee's family, Hemant Soren's family along with Gandhi will be present.

Pratul said that this is just a group of parties that want to promote the family and have come together on one platform due to the fear of Prime Minister Narendra Modi launching a big campaign against corruption in the entire country.

After raids by ED, IT and CBI, BJP got only 37 per cent of the 16 companies which bought electoral bonds and 63 per cent went to the opposition.

Taking on the opposition on electoral bonds, Pratul said that the opposition speaks by hiding things. A total of 3000 companies had bought Electoral bonds, in which only 26 companies are under investigation by ED, CBI or IT. Out of these, 16 companies had bought Electoral bonds after the raid. BJP got only 37 per cent of the electoral bonds purchased by these 16 companies while the opponents got 63 per cent.

Pratul said that if we put together the sequence, it seems that the opposition is going to those places where raids are conducted by these agencies and after coming to power, they are extorting money in the name of closing the case. That is why such raiding companies have started using Electoral boonds. 2/3rd of the bonds were given to Congress and INDI Alliance parties.

Pratul said that appeasement is at its peak in this state government. Love Jihad has also increased. People are defending JMM Central Committee member Nasrul Islam by calling him a Muslim. Pratul said that he had talked about killing the Prime Minister of the country and those who look at it from the perspective of Hindus and Muslims can never develop the country. The public will drive out such disruptive and destructive forces and help BJP and its allies cross the 400-seat mark.

Co-media in-charge Ashok Badaik and Tariq Imran were also present in today's press conference.
