The very concept of ‘Varna’ is faulty as it allows few to treat others in a derogatory manner and Caste System based on this concept has made Hindu society divided.
Prominent NRI lawyer and Social activist KK Sarachandra Bose is on a 40-day Bharat Yathra to spread his message against caste system and root out the deep old malady from the nation.
Around 31 odd friends and supporters of Bose are on a 40 day country wide awareness trip in branded vehicle having Caste Away imposed on these vehicles.
While talking to media persons on Friday, Bose said that he does not depend on any organization or institute to fund and support his movement and allege any organization, institute and political party for the worsen situation due to the caste system and claimed that a complete change in the mind set of Indians would be required.
last year his book ‘Caste Away’ was published and around 21000 copies have been printed till date. Bose has sent the book to all the state heads across the world to make them aware about the caste system ruining the humanism in India.
He had also plans to raise his voice at international platform in case if his fight gets any set back in India and to garner support he has provided the book along with the 13-month mandatory notice served on the Government of India for Constitutional Reform to eradicate the caste system from the country.
