Company commanders take oath of service

The first batch of company commanders of Jharkhand completed the training successfully in the Police Training College, Hazaribagh, and after passing out in a ceremony Principal cum DIG Upendra Kumar Singh administered them oath of serving with honesty, sincerity and truth.

In the passing out ceremony organised at PTC, Hazaribagh, Chief Guest DG Homeguard and Fire Brigade Asha Sinha took the salute of the parade. She hoped that the new generation can change the scenario and said that today is a memorable day as the first batch of company commanders are entering into the practical service life. Guest of Honor IG Modernisation and Training Rezy Dungdung in his message to the new company commanders said that today you have taken the oath of serving with honesty, sincerity and truth before your parents, children and other family members and hoped that they will never forget it.

State’s first batch of company commanders have got training of drill, judo, horse riding, field fighting, firing, handling different types of fire arms etc. here at PTC Hazaribagh. Santosh Kumar Suman bagged the overall best external and internal trainee award. Om Sati was declared second while Philistiya Dang third. In firing Roushan Marandi got the first position while Dinesh Oraon was declared best in command.

On the occasion of this passing out parade DIG Hazaribagh range PR Das, SP Hazaribagh Manoj Kaushik, DSP PTC Shradha Kerketta, police officer Sanjay Rana and others were present. Sunil Bhaskar SP PTC Padma presented vote of thanks.
