BJD president and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday appointed Chandbali MLA Byomakesh Ray as the president of Biju Yuva Janta Dal (BYJD).
Besides, he appointed Banki MLA Devi Ranjan Tripathy as the president of Biju Chhatra Janata Dal (BCJD) Notably, the BJD supremo had overhauled both the wings early this month and appointed more than 100 office-bearers each in both the organisations.Earlier, Byomakesh Ray was the head of the BCJD and Devi Ranjan Tripathy its working president.
