Two Days First Surveillance Audit of ISO 9001:2015 QMS (Quality Management System) at Bokaro General Hospital in Remote Mode done by Auditors S Banerjee (Team Leader), S Kar (Team Member) and Dr Indranil Banerjee (Technical Expert) of M/s BSI .
The online opening meeting was held on 26 August under the chairmanship of Dr. Pankaj Sharma, CMO (Medical and Health Services). In the meeting, auditors from Kolkata and senior doctors of various departments in BGH and business excellence officers were connected online. In the beginning, General Manager (Business Excellence) Anupama Tiwari welcomed the auditors and all the doctors who joined online.
S. Banerjee explained in detail about the audit plan of 2 days. Online audit was successfully done in various sections Management System Function, Blood Bank, Pathology, Nursing Ward, Housekeeping, Laundry, Canteen, ICU, NICU, Imaging, Customer Complaint, Reception, Burn Unit, OHS etc. Online closing meeting was held on 27th August in which CMO (Medical and Health Services) Dr. Pankaj Sharma, doctors of audited departments and officers of BE department were present. In the beginning S. Bnerjee shared all concern audit points. Dr. Pankaj Sharma while thanking the auditors assured to implement the points suggested by them. After the audit, Mr. Banerjee recommended the Bokaro General Hospital to continue with the certification of ISO 9001:2015 QMS (Quality Management System).
