Friday, 20 December 2024 | PNS | Ranchi

A protest was held by the Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee against objectionable remarks made by Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Bhimrao Ambedkar. During this, a protest march was taken out and the partymen burned effigy of Shah.

On the occasion JPCC Chief Keshav Mahato Kamlesh said that the Constitution is the soul of Indian democracy whose architect is Baba Saheb. Insulting such a great personality is like stabbing democracy in the back. BJP wants to end the current Constitution of the citizens of the country and implement the Constitution prepared by the thinkers of RSS.

Kamlesh also said that BJP wants to implement the constitution of the Sangh, in its initial phase, the role is being prepared by insulting Baba Saheb. "BJP, which runs on the instructions of RSS, has been a staunch opponent of the Constitution and the Tricolor of the Country since its birth. How can it respect the father of the Constitution? Amit Shah has not only insulted Baba Saheb but has also deeply hurt the self-respect of crores of Countrymen including the entire Dalit community," he added.

The party's State Chief also said that the double character of the BJP, which talks about the interests of Dalits only during elections to get the votes of the Dalit community, has been exposed.

Participants in the effigy burning and protest programme were Rakesh Sinha, Satish Paul Munjani, Rajiv Ranjan Prasad, Ravindra Singh, Lal Kishore Nath Shahdev, Abha Sinha, Amulya Neeraj Khal, Alok Kumar Dubey, Sonal Shanti, Kedar Kamal Thakur, Riyaz Ansari Ajuram, Dr. Rajesh Gupta, Abhilash Sahu, Rajan Verma, Vashisht Lal Paswan, KK Giri, Nelly Nathan, Dr. Rakesh Kiran Mahato, Dr. Kumar Raja and others.
