Prime Minister Narendra Modi openly praises the sanitation workers of Jhabua district of Madhya Pradesh in the popular program “Mann Ki Baatâ€. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav also listened to the PM’s program in Indore.
He expressed happiness over the special mention of the work of sanitation workers of Jhabua and expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Modi. In today’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ Prime Minister Modi said that the sanitation workers of Jhabua district have transformed the message of ‘Waste to Wealth’ into reality. The sanitation workers have rightly adopted the 3-R mantra ‘Reduce-Reuse-Recycle’. The artwork that the team of sanitation workers has created from the garbage in the park of Jhabua is amazing.
This is a commendable and inspiring initiative for environmental protection.
Prime Minister Modi said that something wonderful is happening in Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh, which everyone must know about. Our sanitation workers in Jhabua have done wonders. Their team has created various artifacts from waste material thrown away in the city. Amazing artworks have been made using waste material like plastic bottles, old tyres, old pipes, etc helicopters, cannons, cars, JMC (Jhabua Municipality logo), betel leaves, traffic signal point, walls, plant beds, pots, comfortable benches, and sofas, etc. The said artifacts and the entire work in Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Park of Municipality Jhabua have been prepared by the hard work of the sanitation workers working in Municipality Jhabua without the help of any outsider. It has been directed and designed with personal interest by Incharge Sanitation Inspector Kamlesh Jaiswal and Tony Maliya under the direction of the Chief Municipal Officer. The design work has been done by sanitation workers Sachin Kalia and Nitesh Ramesh. The work of collecting waste material from the trenching ground and other places was done by workers Kamlesh Mannu, Mahesh Babulal and Arjun Sohan and the work of dyeing, painting, and finalizing has been done by Vijay Babulal and Vijay Ghulia.
Yadav, on the special mention of Jhabua of Madhya Pradesh by Prime Minister Modi, appreciated the sanitation workers, citizens and administrative staff for the excellent work done under the guidance of Jhabua Collector Neha Meena and Municipality President Kavita Singar under the Swachh Bharat Mission Abhiyaan-2024.
