The case filed by Bollywood actor Karisma Kapoor’s children before the Delhi High Court over their father Sunjay Kapur’s Will witnessed another interesting hearing on Wednesday as Sunjay Kapur’s wife Priya Sachdev Kapur rebuffed the allegations that she transferred Sunjay Kapur’s assets abroad.
Senior Advocate Rajiv Nayar appeared for Kapur and challenged her mother-in-law, Rani Kapur’s assertion that she (Priya Kapur) had concealed the details of Sunjay Kapur’s assets from the Court. “I have filed a detailed list of assets, and every transaction is in the list of assets… No money has been moved abroad,” Nayar said, adding that the allegation is baseless. He also challenged the argument by Rani Kapur’s lawyer that Sunjay Kapur was receiving a salary of Rs 60 crore from just one company.
