Raj Bhawan opened for visitors from Friday, will remain open till January 27 on the occasion of Republic Day.
As per the instructions of Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel. Exhibition based on the theme of Constitution and open theater will be the centre of special attraction for the visitors. Short films based on the glory saga of immortal martyrs and development will also be screened in the open theater.
In this regard, Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor, Shri KC Gupta informed that citizens will be able to visit the Raj Bhavan during the stipulated period from January 25 to 27.
Raj Bhawan will be open for general public from 2 pm to 7 pm on 25 and 27 January. Similarly, on Republic Day, January 26, Raj Bhawan visit will be allowed from 11 am to 2 pm. Entry and exit to Raj Bhavan will be from Gate No. 2 only during the three-day period. Visitors' vehicle parking can be done in Minto Hall premises.
