A 20-year-old youth died while his sister-in-law and six month old baby escaped with injuries after their bike was hit by a speeding truck near Shankar hotel under Parwalia police station area on Sunday.
According to the police, an injured man and a woman and a baby were rushed to hospital who were severely injured after their bike was hit by a speeding truck. The injured man was declared dead and was identified as Rahul Kushwaha .
Deceased was a resident of Tarasewania and met accident while he was on his way to home after picking her sister-in-law and niece from Rajgarh. The truck driver escaped leaving the truck which was seized by the police in the laster investigation.
Police said that at the time of the incident the road was deserted but the truck hit the bike head on truck which suggests that the truck was speeding. The body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation. The police have registered a case under section 304 A of the IPC and have started further investigation to search the errant truck driver who escaped with the truck. The injured are critical and are under observation. Police have started search for the errant truck driver based on the registration number. Meanwhile a 35-year-old man died on Sunday who sustained serious head injuries in a an accident on July 4 near his village Semri under Ratibad police station area.
