Business Blasters website launched to support young entrepreneurs

Sunday, 05 December 2021 | Staff Reporter | NEW DELHI

The Delhi Government on Saturday launched the official Business Blasters website to support young entrepreneurs.

Now, anyone can now place orders to buy products made by the Delhi Government’s students on www.the business blasters.in. Entrepreneurs from all over India can register on the website to mentor or invest in the students' startups.

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia asked people to be a part of the change and help Delhi Govt students become self-reliant individuals, who will be future job providers rather than job seekers.

Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Kalkaji, Atishi said that for anyone who wants to invest in these young entrepreneurs or mentor them, please register on: www.the business blasters.in. Second episode of Business Blasters will be aired this Sunday on December 5, at 7 pm on all major TV channels.

According to the Delhi Government, it is India’s first of its kind televised event which will give class 11th and 12th students of Delhi Government schools an opportunity to present their projects to investors and obtain investment capital to take them to the next level. The show will witness students’ business ideas, shortlisted from 51,000 ideas submitted by 3,00,000 students.

The website will serve as a central repository of information on judges, students and their projects featured in the Business Blasters TV show which was launched last week. Additionally, it will showcase various developments, updates and news about the program. Visitors will also be able to watch the latest episodes of the TV show on the website.

On the launch occasion Dy. CM Shri Manish Sisodia, tweeted, "Be a part of the change and help Delhi Govt students become self-reliant individuals, who will be future job providers rather than job seekers. To mentor or invest in our young Business Blasters, sign up at http://thebusinessblasters.in”

MLA Atishi also tweeted and said, “Have been getting lots of calls and messages from people across the country wanting to support Delhi Govt’s young Business Blasters! For anyone who wants to invest in these young entrepreneurs or mentor them, please register on: www.thebusinessblasters.in"

A special section of the website is dedicated to the project journeys of students and the story behind their ideas. Different stakeholders can also register their interest in being a part of Delhi Government's Business Blasters Programme as a mentor, investor or a buyer on the official website itself.
