Krishna, an IAS officer of 2011 batch, took charge of vice-chairman of the Ghaziabad Development Authorityon Monday. Prior to this he has served the post of Modinagar SDM, Ghaziabad and Chief Development Officer. GDA vice-president Kanchan Verma, posted at the same post, has been transferred to the post of Managing Director of UP Medical Supply Corporation.
