The Delhi Police has registered an First Information Report (FIR) against Delhi Gymkhana Director, Kuljeet Singh Chahal, and five other people for violating section 144 prohibitory orders in the New Delhi district.
Chahal, who is also general secretary of Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party, along with five other, had taken out a march without permission from the Delhi Police.
According to Amrutha Guguloth, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), New Delhi district, the alleged people had on Saturday morning taken out a march without permission when the deployment of VIP carcade rehearsal was in place.
