The function was held on Thursday at Ranchi University Auditorium. The grand convocation was inaugurated by the Governor Ramesh Bais and the Minister of State for Electronics and IT, Rajiv Chandrashekhar.

On this occasion, Rajya Sabha MP Sameer Oraon, Secretary, Ministry of MSDE, Atul Kumar Tiwari, BJP National Secretary BL Santosh, Secretary of Vikas Bharti Sanstha, Ashok Bhagat among many dignitaries were also present.

In his address, the Governor said that Yuva Vikas Society and Seva Bharti Sansthan are training the tribal youth of the State at Gumla centre since August 20 to make them self-reliant. Stopping migration is also one of the main objectives of this program so that youth can create employment for themselves locally. Projects are being run in many states of the country under the Parliamentary Cluster Project, and the target is to benefit 77000 families across the country. Under this, thousands of families have been linked with Kisan Credit Card and Ayushman Health Scheme. Work has been done in the direction of stopping migration by giving benefits to 15000 farmer families. At the same time, it is also being seen that many people are turning towards the village after getting disturbed by the filth of the cities, and are looking at their future in agriculture. When educated, well-trained people go to the village, run the business, then the development of the village will happen automatically.

Addressing the event, Rajiv Chandrashekhar said that its main objective is to 'strengthen the local rural economy and reduce the migration from villages and dependence on cities for livelihood opportunities. He said that our aim is to create new opportunities for employment/self-employment and entrepreneurship at the local level so that tribal youth can start their own business, livelihood for themselves and others. to create more and more opportunities.

The successful 165 students have been provided training in five subjects - Electricity and Solar Energy, Agricultural Mechanization, E-Governance, Plumbing and Masonry, Repair and Maintenance of Two Wheelers.
