In the series of block development level health fairs started by the Health Department in the Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi, health fairs were organised in 48 development blocks of 45 districts on the first day.

In these fairs, 60 thousand 18 persons got registered for their treatment, after which free medicines were distributed following free chek-up. On the first day of health fairs, Ayushman cards of 3 thousand 93 eligible people and digital health cards of 4 thousand 91 were also made. Public Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Prabhuram Choudhary attended the health fair in Sanchi block of Raisen district and took stock of the arrangements.

Health fair will be held at Nalkheda of Agar Malwa district, Katthiwada of Alirajpur, Jaithari of Anuppur, Chanderi of Ashoknagar, Khairlanji of Balaghat, Pansemal of Barwani, Betul of Betul, Bhind, Gohad of Bhind, Phanda of Bhopal, Burhanpur of Burhanpur, Bakswaha of Chhatarpur, Bichhua and Tamia of Chhindwara, Patharia, Hata of Damoh, Sevndha, Dewas of Dewas, Badnawar of Dhar, Mehdwani of Dindori, Bamori of Guna, Dabra of Gwalior, Khirkiya of Harda, Hoshangabad of Hoshangabad, Sanwer of Indore, Shahpura of Jabalpur, Petlawad of Jhabua, Dhimarkheda of Katni, Harsud of Khandwa, Bhagwanpura of Khargone, Ghogri and Mohgaon of Mandla, Garoth of Mandsaur, Kailaras of Morena, Chanwarpatha of Narsinghpur, Javad of Neemuch, Shahnagar of Panna, Udaipura, Sailana of Ratlam, Mauganj of Rewa, Deori of Sagar, Chitrakoot, Maihar Ramnagar and Rampur Baghelan of Satna and other development blocks.
