Saturday, 10 December 2022 | Staff Reporter | Bhopal

The real estate industry, which has a long history and is thought to be impervious to market fluctuations, has grown rapidly in recent years, and this upward trend is anticipated to continue in the years to come.

By 2023, it is predicted that India's real estate market would be worth Rs 13,00,000 crores. This expansion is being powered by a burgeoning population, rising wages, and increased urbanization. Every investor wants to invest in real estate for a variety of reasons,  said Sunil Sisodiya, Founder & Chairman Geetanjali Homestate Pvt Ltd.

First of all, it is an asset that is not impacted by stock market volatility. Second, it frequently offers a consistent source of income.

Thirdly, it has the potential to increase in value over time, which might result in capital gains. Finally, economic trends will continue to shape the real estate industry. Overall, the real estate industry is anticipated to remain a competitive and dynamic market in 2023, offering possibilities for investors of all experience levels.
