A 30-year-old man died while his friend escaped with severe injuries after their car hit an electric pole at Shahpura Lake late in the night on Sunday.
The deceased identified as Ayush Saxena was son of Assistant Director Vivek Saxena, posted in the Food Department in Bhopal while the condition of his friend Ayush Tiwari remains critical and he is undergoing treatment at Bansal Hospital.
Due to the speed of the car, the electric pole it hit bent while the car was completely damaged.
Last night at around 10 pm, Ayush Saxena's friend Ayush Tiwari reached home in his Alto car to pick him up. The family members were not aware of where both of them had gone. Ayush Tiwari did not return home throughout the night, the family kept waiting. His mobile number was switched off around 2.30 in the night. In the morning, Ayush Tiwari's family informed that both of them had an accident in front of Shahpura Lake.
Vivek Saxena, retired from the post of Assistant Director from the Food Department in March this year, Ayush was his only son. Ayush was working in a company named Zee Learning in Jaipur.
Vivek alleged that they did not find his purse and gold chain was also missing. There is no trace of his mobile phone either. How and where did all belongings gone, while the police station is just one kilometer away from the accident spot and the house is at a distance of one and a half kilometers from here, no information was provided to the family.
