45-year-old man killed in Shahjehanabad

A 45-year-old man died after a dispute between children in Shahjahanabad escalated, the accused killed his own brother-in-law, two other people were injured in the incident and in the incident a minor was also involved.

Police have made five people accused of murder in the case. At present, the arrest of the accused has not been done. The police found that there was a dispute between both the parties regarding the transaction of Rs 15,000.

According to the police, Sheikh Rahim alias Munne Khan (45), a resident of Mazdoor Nagar Shahjahanabad, was an auto driver. Two days ago, his children had a dispute with  Liyaqat  , who lives in the neighborhood. With the intervention of the locals they dispute was pacified.

On Tuesday night around 8 Sheikh Rahim reached Liyaqat to demand his 15 thousand rupees. There was an argument on both sides regarding this matter. The matter escalated so much that Liaquat along with his son Farhan and friend Nasir, Ayub alias Faizan, Javed started fighting. Hearing the noise of the dispute, the family members of Sheikh Rahim also reached to intervene where Liyaqat attacked him with a knife in the stomach. In critical condition, the relatives took him to Hamidia Hospital. He died during treatment. Police have registered a case of murder against  Liyaqat   , his son Farhan, Nasir, Javed, Ayub alias Faizan in the case. The accused have not been arrested yet.

Liyaqat 's  son Farhan had taken Rs 15,000 from Sheikh Rahim. His nephew Sakir Hussain had come to ask for money from Farhan. There was a dispute between the two on this. Only then Sheikh Rahim reached and started explaining to both of them.

Meanwhile, suspecting his wife of illicit relationship a farmer killed his 60-year-old wife after a dispute in Sukhi Sewania area.

Preliminary investigation by the police revealed that he used to doubt his wife. Sukhi  Sewania   police station in-charge BS Sengar told that Geeta Bai husband Bhagwan Singh (60), a resident of village Pipaliya Zahir Peer, was a housewife.

Bhagwan Singh used to doubt her and used to fight with them every day after getting drunk. On March 19 also there was a dispute between husband and wife. Bhagwan Singh had attacked Geeta Bai with a sharp weapon and later her son got her admitted in the hospital. Geeta Bai died late on Tuesday night. The arrest of the accused has not been done yet.
