Ahmadiyya community holds peace conf

A 'Peace Symposium' was held on behalf of the worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim community here on Sunday.  Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal inaugurated the conference as the chief guest.

 

Among others, Vice-Chancellor of SOA University Dr Ashok Kumar Mahapatra, Sri Sri University Vice-Chancellor BR Sharma, president and Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Organization K  Tariq were the guests of honour.

 

The importance of establishing lasting peace in the world was discussed. Religious scholars, politicians and intellectuals from different walks of life participated and supported the efforts to establish world brotherhood and peace under one roof.

 

The speakers highly appreciated the efforts of the Ahmadiyya community to bring the intellectuals and religious scholars on one platform through the peace conference and remind the world of how the world can be saved from calamity by establishing sustainable peace.

 

Maulana Fazal Haque Khan and Maulana Naveedul Fatah joined the conference and gave their views on permanent peace.
