Bhopal police forming women power groups

For the safety and awareness of women and children, Bhopal Police Commissionerate is forming and activating women power groups by organizing various campaigns and public dialogues and meetings.

In the sequence, a meeting of Mahila Shakti Samiti was held by the women head constable Chameli Pawar, women constable Neha Chauhan, women constable Sudha Sharma in the police station Kolar premises, in which 20 to 25 women from New Ambedkar Nagar, Dam Kheda A sector were present.

By joining the Shakti Samiti of Kolar, they have continuously worked and remained active and informed police regarding the law and order of the surrounding areas, information about crimes against women and crimes with children. After listening to them and their problems, they were informed that the problems would be resolved.

Similarly, a meeting of Shakti Samiti was held by Thana Shahpura Women's Help Desk staff, in which 32 women from Baba Nagar, Multi Indira Nagar, Shaitan Pal Chauraha, Vegetable Farm area were present, who were continuously active by joining the Shakti Samiti of Thana Shahpura and cooperated with the police.

From the law and order of the surrounding area and for the prevention of crimes, it was told about working to help the police and the crime happening with women and children was informed and the women's helpline was informed about the child helpline number and their After listening to their problems, they were resolved.

 

A meeting of the women of Shakti Samiti was held in Kolar Colony in Chuna Bhatti area, in which Rita Sivde, in-charge of energy deck from Chuna Bhatti station, along with Rajkumari, Santoshi, Nisha Topre, Gayatri Yadav, Shivkali, members of Shakti Samiti, women asked to unite against domestic violence and make the people of the community aware and if any aggrieved woman comes, they should cooperate. The women were informed about the women's helpline number of domestic violence and the rights of the children.During the meeting a case of domestic violence of 2 women came, after which the case was heard and told them that if anyone needs help, contact the energy desk staff.
