The three-day 38th Chakradhar Festival will begin on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi in Chhattisgarh's Raigarh district from on Tuesday.
The festival will be dedicated to art and culture such as sitar music, Kathak, Bharat Natyam, patriotic songs, Chhattisgarhi folk music and more.
Higher Education Minister Umesh Patel will preside over the opening programme.
A special performance will be presented by Indira Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh, on the concluding day.
