Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Monday praised the delicious flavour of dishes he enjoyed in Surguja.
He was addressing villagers from Surguja division at his residence in Raipur. These villagers had hosted lunch for him during public interactions.
Welcoming the villagers, Baghel said: “You welcomed me in your houses with such warmth and affection. You served me meals with love. I am overwhelmed. I still remember the taste of delicious ‘bhaji’ and other delicacies.
“I have got the opportunity to welcome all of you at my residence,” an official statement quoted him as saying.
The families were served traditional cuisines.
Madhulika Prajapati from Karji village of Surguja presented a sketch of the Chief Minister with his mother. She said wants to pursue art from Khairagarh University.
