Continuing their campaign against the disqualification of former party President Rahul Gandhi as MP, the Congress in Chhattisgarh will take out a torch rally on Saturday.
A Congress spokesperson said the rally will proceed from Gandhi Maidan to Azad Chowk at 7 p.m.
It will mark a protest against the "anti-people" and "undemocratic" policies of the Modi government. AICC Chhattisgarh in-charge Selja Kumari, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and PCC chief Mohan Markam will take part in the rally.
The Chief Minister will also dedicate the renovated Congress Bhawan at Gandhi Maidan before the rally, the spokesman added.
