A five days training program on "Environmental leadership and Life skills" for women scientists from prominent national scientific organizations from across the country concluded at the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal on Friday.
The program provided the women scientists key inputs on environment, life skills and leadership styles with inputs from distinguished experts from Indian Institute of Forest Management. The women scientists gained insights on the importance of managing work-life balance, motivating and inspiring fellow colleagues, improving and managing communication skills, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and stress.
In his concluding remarks, Dr. K. Ravichandran, Director, IIFM expressed his satisfaction with the program's success and congratulated the women scientists for their active participation throughout the program. He also virtually distributed the Certificates of participation to all the participants.
The program was coordinated by Prof. Parul Rishi and Prof. B.K. Upadhyay, distinguished faculties of Human Resource Management, IIFM.
