Under the chairmanship of District President of Bharatiya Janata Party Backward Caste Front, Lohardaga, Sanjay Chaudhary, a one-day protest program was organized against the policies of the Jharkhand government on making the reservation of OBC community people in Lohardaga district zero on Thursday. BJP State Working Committee member Omprakash Singh, former Mati Kala Board President Chandra Prajapati, District Incharge Sanjay Chaurasia were present on the occasion.
District in-charge Sanjay Chaurasia said that today the coalition government of Jharkhand is playing with the constitutional rights of people on the basis of its appeasement policy. Along with Jharkhand, there are districts including Lohardaga, where about 40 percent of the total population is under the OBC caste based on educational and economic criteria, which should get 27 percent reservation rights, which according to today's constitutional rules, the state government itself does not have the power to decide reservation and is violating the rights and rights of people by dividing equal people in one state under vote bank politics.
Singh said that 27 per cent reservation is the right of the people included in the OBC category to help the society to overcome the backwardness of the society, which the Jharkhand government has misused its power in 6 other districts including Lohardaga district. has been deprived of it.
Chand Prajapati said that we the people of OBC society need to protest unitedly from road to house against the wrong policies decided by the present Jharkhand government. 27 percent reservation is linked to our future. Today, due to these mistakes, migration and unemployment of our society has increased in Jharkhand.
