Haryana CM to hold Fourth Jan Samvad in Sirsa from May 13 to 15

Continuing the streak of holding direct interaction with the general public, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will hold the fourth Jan Samvad program, in Sirsa from May 13 to 15.

Meanwhile, during a media interaction held late Tuesday evening,  Khattar also inaugurated CM Grievance  Redressal and Monitoring System Jan Samvad Portal.  Khattar said that all the complaints raised in these Jan Samvad programmes would be uploaded on the Jan Samvad portal and after this, the officers concerned will also ensure quick redressal of the grievances, the information about the same would also be shared with the complainant via message. More than 600 services come under the Right to Service Act. Apart from these, the officers will ensure timely redressal of all the problems.

The Chief Minister said monitoring of all these complaints would be done at the district and headquarters levels, adding that the Nagar Darshan portal has been set up at the urban level and the Gram Darshan portal at the village level to solve the problems raised by the citizens.  On both portals, citizens can also upload their problems and get development work done while sitting at home.  Once any grievance is uploaded on the portal, it will automatically be forwarded to the officer concerned and he will get the same resolved at the earliest, he added. 

Khattar said that a better mechanism has been prepared by the government to provide paperless and transparent services to the citizens and now, accountability is also being fixed. So far 3609 people have registered their complaints on this demo portal.

He said that every Saturday he interacts with the citizens through audio conferencing and in these there is direct interaction with the people and quick redressal to the problems raised by the citizens is ensured.

On this occasion, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Dr. Amit Agrawal, Joint Director (Administration), Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture Department, Gaurav Gupta were also present.
