In Odisha, there is confusion over who is leading the State Government. It is seen that the MLAs and Ministers, whom the people had elected have no role in this Government, said Pradesh Committee president Sarat Pattanayak at a ‘Parivartan Utsav’ in Kendrapada district on Friday.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had promised that he would fulfil Bijubabu’s dreams. But now, he is hell bent on fulfilling the dreams of his private secretary. Instead of the CM, an officer is seeking applications from the people. It is misfortune of Odias that now a proxy Government of the BJD is functioning in the State, said Pattanyak.
He said that in last 24 years, the State has not advanced even one step in the health sector. Spurious medicine sale is rampant. The income of Odisha farmers is the second lowest in the country. Lakhs of youths are unemployed.
