Addl DCP Crime Shaielndra Chouhan told The Pioneer that the criminal was taken to his home for searches and there he might have sit with his mother and talked cozily.
Notably, a video has surfaced regarding providing special treatment to the accused carrying Rs 5000 reward on his head; notorious criminal Zubair Maulana in police custody was provided kind treatment and was allowed to stay home talking for over an hour.
He was absconding for a month in the case of attempted murder and was caught near a tea shop in Fatehgarh when he had gone to meet his friend, he was caught by the Bhopal Crime Branch.

Last month, she was involved in firing along with Nafees alias Adalat Par Gurgaon in MP Nagar's Durga Nagar. Since then, Zubair was absconding.
A reward of Rs 5000 was announced for the arrest of accused Zubair. He was constantly managing to evade the police. A team of Crime Branch police station along with two teams of MP Nagar police station were searching for him. On Sunday night he met his friend during which he arrested from Fatehgarh.
Zubair came to Fatehgarh and was staying at Shanu's home who escaped after police arrived. Shanu's mother and sister and younger brother Ashu were detained by the police. After verification, both the women were released around 3 pm on Monday. While Ashu is being interrogated in connection with Shanu.
According to Additional DCP of Crime Branch Shailendra Singh Chauhan, accused Zubair Maulana had opened fire along with 2 accomplices in Durga Nagar in September. The incident was carried out due to an old grudge. After this he was absconding. A reward of Rs 5000 was announced. The crime branch was looking for him for a long time.
