Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh said that over the last decade, both the Central and State governments have effectively implemented various welfare schemes with the spirit of Antyodaya. Our double-engine government is truly pro-poor, continuously striving to strengthen and empower the underprivileged. The efforts undertaken for the upliftment of poor under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi in the last 10 years surpass what the Congress government achieved in the previous 60 years. Congress has exploited the poor by misleading them with false promises to secure their votes. During elections, the opposition falsely claimed that the Constitution and reservations would be abolished. No one can abolish the Constitution and reservation in this country.The Chief Minister was speaking at the state-level function organized for distribution of possession letters of 100-100 square yards plots to the eligible beneficiaries under Mahatma Gandhi Gramin Basti Yojana in Sonipat district today.
