DC Bokaro ensures justice, upholds individual rights in property dispute resolution

During a session at the Bokaro collectorate office, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Vijaya Jadhav has ordered the arrest of an individual accused of causing unwarranted distress to a property owner, halting construction work, engaging in verbal abuse, and physical assault. In the presence of Police Superintendent  Pujya Prakash, Deputy Development Commissioner Sandeep Kumar, SDO Chas  Om Prakash Gupta, and other officials, the entire case was reviewed. The Sector 12 police station in-charge was summoned, and the accused, Anish Kumar Pandey, was taken into custody.

 

 

Under the jurisdiction of Sector 12 police station, the owner of Plot No. 312, Tetuliya, Ram Narayan Mehta, lodged a complaint at the district office alleging that Anish Kumar Pandey and others were making false claims on his property. They were preventing him from carrying out construction work and subjecting him to verbal abuse and physical assault. Both parties were summoned to present their respective documents related to the claim at the office for a hearing . During the proceedings, it was revealed before all relevant officials that the opposing party, Anish Kumar Pandey and others, were making false claims on the said property and harassing property owner Ram Narayan Mehta without cause. Upon hearing the case, the DC Bokaro Jadhav wasted no time in directing the Sector 12 police station in-charge to arrest the accused, Anish Kumar Pandey, and initiate further proceedings.

 

This swift and decisive action by the Bokaro administration serves as a testament to their dedication to protecting the rights of individuals and maintaining the rule of law in the community. It underscores the importance of prompt intervention in cases of injustice and sets a precedent for the fair and equitable resolution of disputes in society.
