A Mega Medical camp was organised at Jilling Soren village (Johna, Angada) on Sunday, June 16 in collaboration with Raj Hospital Ranchi, Rotary Downtown and Ekstha Foundation. More than 500 patients were given free consultations, tests and free medicines. Ayushmann card was also made for patients who did not have Ayushmann card. In the health camp, bone, kidney, general diseases and surgery, chest and lungs, teeth and jaws, female and obstetrics, pediatric diseases were examined and patients were given medical advice along with medicines.
Specialist doctors and paramedic teams of Raj Hospital were available at the camp. The participation and awareness of the villagers in the health camp was being witnessed. The camp included Shalini Jaiswal, Sukhmeet Modi, Dr Shruti Gupta, Tulika Jha, Raini Chandok, Risha Gupta and Bindia Arya Ji from Rotary Ranchi Downtown.
Mrs Maryada Gambhir, Chair Person, Rotary Downtown, said that the main objective of this camp is to create health awareness among the people so that people avoid any serious disease.
Shri Sahil Gambhir, CEO of Raj Hospital, Shri Rishabh Lohia and Head of Guridih Panchayat from Ekstha Sanstha were instrumental in making this healthy camp a success.
